We are seeking a passionate individual who wants to help improve our operations to deliver even more for the environment. As a Business Analyst you will understand and analyse user and business needs, helping to ensure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by contributing to the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture. You will challenge constructively and act as a critical friend to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose. You shall collaborate and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet the user needs, working alongside a mix of people from project teams to technical teams and stakeholders at all levels.
The Business Analysis Service works primarily in the Chief Regulator Group, leading and supporting a wide variety of business-critical change and improvement initiatives. There are 3 roles available, 2 permanent roles and 1 fixed-term contract (until 30th April 2027).
You’ll have an inclusive incident management objective in your development plan. We’ll help you find a role to suit your needs. Appropriate training will be given.
You’ll have an EA Office base location; as a national role, the working location is flexible/hybrid.
We use smart tools to stay connected and reduce travel; some travel and overnights may be required.
