Role Requirements:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a current higher-level security clearance to join our Secure Innovation & Advisory area within the Space, Defence, and Intelligence business unit at CGI. Due to the secure nature of the role, you must hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it through National Security Vetting. Applicants without security clearance will still be considered for other opportunities at CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Flexibility to work in Gloucester with occasional travel to client and CGI sites.
• Proactive attitude, applying standards and best practices, with pride in your work.
• Effective teamwork across multiple sites.

Required qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills for facilitating workshops and understanding business needs.
• Stakeholder management skills to ensure clear requirements are gathered, prioritized, and understood.
• Experience in documenting business reports and specifications.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
