Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract in Warwick. The role involves translating emerging target architecture and capability requirements into a delivery model, defining work packages and resources, estimating effort, and mapping dependencies to support funding and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital, data, technology or business change programme.
• Strong experience of requirements analysis, scope definition, work package definition and dependency mapping.
• Experience producing costed resource plans or supporting business case / investment planning activity.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience producing clear documentation, including work breakdown structures, RAID logs, RACI models, assumptions logs, planning packs and decision papers.
• Understanding of data governance, data catalogue, metadata management, data quality, data ownership and data sharing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate target architecture, capability requirements, delivery assumptions and dependencies into a clear delivery model.
• Define delivery work packages, identify resources, estimate effort and map dependencies.
• Clarify assumptions and produce a costed plan to support funding, supplier engagement and portfolio planning.
