Job description

EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process requirement experts analyze business use cases for possible automation and create process definitions and process maps critical for successful bot development.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to educate them on the DAS program and capture requirements.
• Support CoE maintenance by supporting submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and operational reporting requirements.
• Design and develop client-ready documents such as executive decision briefs, stakeholder storyboards, and governance materials.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in:
• Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
• Data Analytics
• Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
• Familiarity with agile project methodology
• Collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
• Process-oriented with critical thinking abilities
• Skilled in requirement capturing and validation
• Work with customers to develop requirements and coordinate with developers

Clearance:

An active Top Secret Clearance is required. Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
