Job summary

We Do Group is partnering with a government-backed creative and technology organisation to recruit a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst. You will join a newly formed team, becoming the go-to person for data, analysis and performance insight across the organisation.

This role requires turning analysis into recommendations that influence real business decisions while working in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel is essential for modelling and data manipulation.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to for data, analysis and performance reporting.
• Track budgets, programme spend and costs; support financial control.
• Build KPI reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Analyse customer behaviour, supplier engagement and platform performance.
• Identify trends and commercial opportunities from data.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial, platform and programme teams.
• Support business cases and strategic decisions with robust analysis.
