Job Description

This position supports the VP of Cyber Defense and the Cyber Defense Leadership Team in areas including finance, workforce management, audits, regulatory examinations, analytics, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering evidence for audits and regulatory reviews, possess a strong project management background, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate across teams with Portfolio Management on Cyber Defense budgeting, workforce planning, and spend forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams on regulatory and audit requests, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage processes related to the Cyber Defense Workforce Plan, including supporting hiring and promotions.
  • Track, compile, and manage reports and metrics such as Risk and Audit reports and monthly performance metrics.
  • Maintain collaboration channels for Cyber Defense, including document repositories and organizational charts.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Respond effectively to problems and prioritize issues efficiently.

This is a hybrid position. The in-office schedule will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or higher (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or over 2 years with an advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and processes.
  • Quick learner with an understanding of organizational complexity.
  • Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize information and recommend actions.
  • Experience working with internal clients and managing project demands.
  • Understanding of contract terms, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Thought leadership, creativity, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with urgency and deliver results.
  • Innovative approach to forecasting and planning in budgeting and workforce management.
