Our client is on a mission to deliver transformational change through a high-profile Cyber Security Programme, and are looking for experienced Business Analyst to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technical IT projects that are critical to their security infrastructure, including areas such as Security Keys & Certificates.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering end-to-end business analysis across technical and security-focused projects.
  • Leading discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Supporting the design of business processes and procedures tailored to both business and IT audiences.
  • Contributing to test planning, user acceptance testing, and rollout strategies.
  • Analysing data to support decision-making and project direction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering Business Analysis across multiple technical IT projects.
  • Experience in IT Security and understanding of cyber security principles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, impact assessments, and operating model design.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Experience working on Cyber Security Programmes.
  • Exposure to Security Keys & Certificates.
  • Business Analysis certifications.
  • Education in a technical or IT-related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

? Location:

This role is based in Glasgow or Newcastle, with onsite presence required for key meetings. Flexibility and collaboration are essential.
