Job description

The Custody team is a dynamic group of Business Analysts and Software Developers spread across development centers in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Philippines, and India. We follow an agile process, working closely within the team and with other related teams and clients to develop new product features and maintain existing ones in live use. The team collaborates with clients and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands and shape the future of back-office operations.

Your key tasks
  1. Analyze and follow up on customer inquiries regarding Settlement, Corporate Actions, and Reconciliation modules.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  3. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  4. Specify new functionalities in collaboration with Software Developers, Partners, and Clients.
  5. Maintain existing Custody functionalities.
  6. Support developers during implementation, including testing.
  7. Conduct testing and quality assurance for new functionalities and system corrections.
  8. Update product documentation in collaboration with Technical Writers.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of Settlement, Corporate Actions, or Reconciliations.
  • Technical background.
  • Deep understanding of Custody Products and project life cycles.
  • Ability to write Requirements Specification Documents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
