As a Business Analyst specializing in CTRM, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the intricacies of commodity trading operations and leveraging your expertise in Aspect CTRM systems to optimize processes and drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to commodity trading activities, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate existing CTRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Design and implement solutions within CTRM systems to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of CTRM systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to customize CTRM solutions, integrate with other systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in digital product delivery, preferably within the commodities industry, with knowledge of Aspect CTRM.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of human-centered design and design-thinking is advantageous.
