Une grande studio de streaming mondial recherche un Business Analyst pour des projets de recherche sur les marchés européens en pleine croissance. Vous gérerez des sondages clients à grande échelle et analyser votre engagement pour influencer les stratégies de contenu et de marketing pour des émissions très populaires.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en insights consommateurs, marketing, ou gestion de projet.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel et expérience de programmation de sondages.
  • Passion pour la télévision, le cinéma et la narration.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer le déploiement de sondages multilingues et assurer la qualité.
  • Analyser les insights pour améliorer l'engagement client.

Business Analyst – Consumer Insights
London (On-site) | £250–£300/day (PAYE) | 5-month contract | Start ASAP

Join a leading global streaming studio and help shape the future of TV and film. We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support high-impact research projects across fast-growing European markets.
You’ll manage and program large-scale customer surveys, analyse engagement data, and collaborate with international teams to influence content and marketing strategies for some of the world’s most-loved shows.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage multi-language survey deployment and QA
• Analyse insights to improve customer engagement
• Collaborate across content, marketing, and insights teams
• Support research for major launches and brand campaigns

What You’ll Bring:
• 1–2 years’ experience in consumer insights, marketing, or project management
• Strong Excel skills and survey programming experience
• A passion for TV, film, and storytelling
• Bonus: multilingual skills (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish)
