Job Title – Business Analyst - Claims

Location – Leicester, London or Bexhill (hybrid) with expectations to come into the office on an ad-hoc basis as and when required

Role overview

This position is within the Claims Analytics team, which is expanding its Business Analyst capabilities.

Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
  • Collaborating with teams to translate business requirements and system steps into data points within Snowflake for claims processes and customer journeys.
  • Creating detailed specifications for tables aligned with business needs and platform recommendations.
  • Developing requirements for additional data points to analyze process deviations in claims.
  • Working closely with CIO and Data/Analytics Engineering teams to ensure data feeds are built to specifications.
  • Documenting all curated data feeds comprehensively.
  • Supporting project delivery within scope, quality, and time constraints.
Essential skills/experience:
  • Insurance background, especially claims experience, is highly advantageous.
  • Extensive current experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, process modeling, stakeholder management, solutions evaluation, facilitation, documentation, with minimal supervision.
