Who we are looking for

State Street's Front-to-Back Business Strategy team seeks a versatile individual with strong business systems and data analysis skills for developing and supporting services and product offerings. The successful candidate should excel in complex business data analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation; possess excellent communication skills; and have proven experience liaising between business/implementation and technology teams, especially in Investment Accounting.

It connects front, middle, and back office operations, harmonizing data, technology, and services to help clients manage their businesses effectively.

What you will be responsible for
  • Provide technical analysis and advice on data-centric operating models.
  • Establish and document implementation requirements related to cash, develop use cases.
  • Maintain knowledge of the STT F2B product offerings, specializing in IBOR, Investment accounting, and Cash servicing.
  • Analyze and document data mappings, workflows, and enrichment processes.
  • Contribute to system roadmaps and future enhancements.
  • Assist in client implementations, testing, and post-production support.
  • Support ongoing data enhancements and contribute to product development.
  • Gather requirements, define technical standards, and design solutions.
  • Document user requirements and functional specifications accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop global processes.
  • Ensure individual accountability and uphold the highest standards of conduct.
  • Provide management information to support business decisions.
  • Support a culture of risk excellence and serve as a liaison between business and IT teams.
