**About the Client**

Our client is a fast-paced logistics company that operates 24/7, delivering high-quality services across various industries. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced *Business Analyst / Business Consultant* to support critical business initiatives and drive operational efficiency across various functions.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a *Business Analyst / Business Consultant* with *3-5 years of experience* in business analysis or consulting, ideally within a logistics or fast-moving industry. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. The Business Analyst / Consultant will work closely with senior leadership to analyze and improve business processes, contribute to strategic planning, and support key business transformation initiatives.

Additionally, flexibility to work extended hours as required and collaboration with the transformation team will be necessary to ensure the seamless implementation of business improvements.

**Location: Kidbrooke, London

**Contract: 6months

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Business Analysis & Process Improvement*: Evaluate and analyze current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving efficiency across operations. Recommend solutions to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

*Data Analysis & Reporting*: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, offering recommendations based on data trends.

*Strategic Planning Support*: Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans, aligning operational needs with overall company objectives. Support the senior leadership team in decision-making by providing clear data-driven insights.

*Cross-Functional Collaboration*: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement business improvements and ensure that initiatives are aligned with company goals.

*Transformation Support*: Partner with the transformation team to manage and support key organizational changes, working closely with different teams to drive successful implementation of new systems or processes.

*Independent Work*: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with minimal supervision, and ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

*Stakeholder Communication*: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the business, providing status updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.

**Key Requirements:**

*Experience*: 3-5 years in business analysis or consulting, preferably within logistics or fast-paced industries.

*Skills*: Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and strategic planning. Strong command of tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. Knowledge of logistics industry processes is a plus.

*Independent Worker*: Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality results without constant supervision.

*Problem-Solving Ability*: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve complex business problems in a fast-moving environment.

*Logistics Knowledge*: Understanding of logistics operations and the challenges associated with managing a 24/7 business.

*Flexibility*: Willingness to work late hours and collaborate with the transformation team to support key initiatives as required.

*Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and solutions clearly to senior leadership.
