About the Role

Business Analyst - Birmingham

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join an existing BA team. You will act as a crucial link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless alignment across various sectors. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and delivering impactful results. The role supports a range of IT projects, including application and infrastructure initiatives.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Proven experience working on business change and projects as a Business Analyst.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, employing process mapping tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across business units, ensuring clear communication.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align business objectives and meet their needs.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to capture and validate detailed business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
