Job Description - Business Analyst – Assistant Manager – English – Remote London

Responsibilities
  • Identifying new opportunities, responding to customer requests, interpreting customer requirements, and execution of contracted services.
  • Oversee the process for completing customer orders in accordance with contract/order requirements, timeline, and budget.
  • Primary point of contact between Shop floor, Customer & cross-functional teams like planning, quality, supply chain & Customer Program Team.
  • Track & update maintenance status to client on critical repairs. Responsible for informing & collecting prior approval from clients.
  • Assess any risk related to TAT, hardware & cost. Communicate to delays, hurdles and critical milestones to client
  • Escalate issues internally to meet client timelines on maintenance events
  • Support coordination of part availability, tooling etc
  • Maintain issue logs, changes any other critical information for respective maintenance events.
  • Report KPIs & work towards continuous improvement to increase customer experience
  • Managing and assessing that all necessary controls are in place to execute the end-to-end process smoothly as per contract agreement.
  • To be able to manage process invoicing and billings and work closely with the billing team.
  • Coordination of repairs, follow-ups, warranty and guarantee review, overview of DR's approvals and escalations
  • To be able to access and generate work scopes for engines inducted at shop and work scope revisions.
  • Collaborate with MRO team, including purchasers to ensure optimal stock levels of critical spare parts
  • Regularly review Materials/Inventory Management guidelines with key stakeholders
  • Managing and monitoring the WIP engines at various gates.
  • Oversee’s the processing of all RFQs and RFPs, facilitates and ensures timely response to internal and external customers in alignment with financial and compliance requirements.
  • Drive new analysis and help the cost reduction initiatives.
  • Should be able to drive customer interaction and work independently.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum years of experience in Aerospace / Manufacturing / Engineering
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong Business Acumen, Analytical capability, and Contract Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and influence customer and peers
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma / Process Improvement activities
