The successful candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in solving complex problems and improving processes. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives and stakeholders, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate solution options through structured risk, cost, and benefit analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform business process modelling and requirements definition for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the adoption of consistent analysis and modelling standards across the organisation.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to scope and prioritise initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify barriers to change—whether operational, technical, or organisational—and propose practical, people-aware solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business analysis practice by sharing insights, refining approaches, and championing best practices.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering impactful change across multiple business areas.
  • A background in Asset Management with experience of working on regulatory change projects.
  • A commercial and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance strategic goals and operational realities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Comfort and capability in delivering projects that involve both business change and technology change.
  • Expertise in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Experience working on data-driven initiatives or digital transformation projects is a plus.
  • SQL, Excel, BPMN, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills are highly desirable but not essential.
