Job Description

Business Analyst Apprenticeship

Our client is recruiting for a Business Analyst Apprentice, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive public sector organisation. This apprenticeship is open to individuals aged 18 and over (applicants aged 17+ may apply but must be 18 by the start date). The successful candidate will begin the role on 01 September 2025.

What to Expect

As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will work across various departments to examine existing processes and identify how IT solutions can enhance efficiency and support organisational change. You’ll lead the creation of use cases and develop “to be” process roadmaps to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Key areas of focus include:

• Understanding current and future service demand, and the factors influencing it
• Identifying and evaluating opportunities for transformation and continuous improvement
• Mapping and redesigning complex processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Supporting a culture of creativity and innovation

• Working Hours: 37 hours per week
• Salary: Apprentices will receive a living wage
• Apprentices will gain valuable experience and development within the support services of our client’s organisation, based at their headquarters.

Recruitment Process

• If currently employed by a partner organisation, please note our client will be your new employer. Existing tenure and service length will be honoured by prior agreement.
