They are currently looking for a highly capable Business Analyst to join our clients Payments team, focused on delivering robust, scalable, and customer-centric solutions across our clients payment platforms.You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
This role requires strong technical acumen, particularly in ETL processes and API integration's, alongside the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams. Experience in CRM systems and merchant on-boarding is a strong advantage.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements, business objectives, and ideation packs.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, and feature definitions based on customer and colleague journeys.
• Design operational models that prioritise customer outcomes and support scalable on-boarding and servicing.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, with a focus on API design, data flows, and integration points.
• Support solution design by resolving conflicting requirements, ensuring traceability, and developing acceptance criteria.
• Quantify the impact of technology changes on customers and colleagues, supporting business readiness and communication planning.
• Act as a unifying voice across stakeholders, balancing value, risk, compliance, and customer experience.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transfer, and data integration.
• Proven experience working with APIs, including design, testing, and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and modern integration architectures (e.g., microservices).
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the payments industry and related technologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and customer life-cycle integration.
• Knowledge of merchant on-boarding processes, including KYC, due diligence, and activation workflows.
• Awareness of business analysis frameworks and life-cycle management.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the payments domain.
