About the Job you are considering:

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that transform data into meaningful insights. You will play a key role in developing dashboards, customer intelligence solutions, and AI-driven initiatives that enhance business performance and customer engagement.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for advanced analytics and client intelligence initiatives.
• Define requirements for customer intelligence use cases, including assessment of relevant third-party data sources.
• Partner with analytics and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Define requirements for alerting solutions that monitor key internal and external business metrics.
• Support the development and delivery of GenAI use cases and collaborate with relevant governance forums.
• Identify opportunities supporting wallet share growth, client prioritization, and cross-sell strategies.
• Create clear user stories, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive requirements traceability through implementation and benefits realization.

Your Skills

• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong ability to convert business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and insight generation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics, or Business Intelligence teams.
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integration concepts.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with GenAI, Advanced Analytics, and Customer Intelligence initiatives.
