Job Description:

My London-based client is looking for a Business Analyst to join them for an initial 6-month contract as part of an exciting ERP Transformation Programme.

The successful Business Analyst will work closely with the team during the discovery and design phases, collaborating with finance teams to define the "To-Be" requirements for the new system.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience working on ERP transformation projects and be skilled in creating process maps, developing process workflows, and designing process diagrams.

The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and managing stakeholder meetings.

This position requires the Business Analyst to be on-site at the client's London office three days a week.

Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ERP Transformation Programmes such as D365 F&O, Oracle Netsuite, S/4HANA, Sage Intacct
• Experience working with finance teams to document "To-Be" finance processes and critically appraise them
• Proficiency in creating process maps, workflows, and diagrams
• Ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Experience gathering data related to business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience translating business problems into clear requirements for solution design and delivery
• Experience supporting the delivery lifecycle from inception to post-launch review
• Experience supporting UAT testing
