Job Description:

JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is a chance to join a growing company that has been established for over 20 years.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements that align with transformation objectives through consistent solutions supported by the wider architecture technology of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Gather detailed user requirement specifications by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities as outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to wider business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to address transformation needs within the project timeline for the Risk Group.
• Implement solutions for quick wins using standard templates to provide a foundation for scalable strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as necessary.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness for process changes and new platform implementations, including testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent computer science work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data-centric solutions based on Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• ETRM expertise with an understanding of deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
