Job Description:

JD Ross is supporting a global business in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing international company with over 20 years of establishment.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements aligned with transformation objectives through solutions supported by the company's architecture technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing existing business processes and reporting capabilities outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they conform to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines for the Risk Group.
• Implement quick-win solutions using standard templates to create a scalable platform for strategic solutions within realistic timeframes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare the business for changes, including testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience in computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
• Experience with ETRM deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
