Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning complex business needs into technical solutions? We're a fast-growing global organization on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our high-performing IT team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of driving data-driven change-identifying business challenges, analysing requirements, and delivering transformative improvements to our strategic systems, particularly within CRM. What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

• Experience within the Energy sector or other regulated industry;
• Experience of data and business process modelling;
• Ability to plan own data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques to meet the assigned objectives;
• Significant experience in CRM, billing and large scale transformation projects;
• Competency in BA tools and techniques.
