Business Analyst

Role Description:

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Product Development team and be part of a greater team that will deliver product enhancements and new solutions while working within an agile development environment. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in our development, using current and next-gen technologies. You will analyse and document business requirements, enabling productivity and solving workflow challenges for medical professionals in their daily roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
4. Work with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
5. Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements.
6. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and solutions.
8. Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, tracking progress, and managing tasks and issues effectively.
9. Write and manage requirements to ensure clear and testable specifications.

8. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or other work item tracking software.
9. Ability to write and manage BDD requirements using the Gherkin format.
