Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in secure or complex environments.
• Understanding of BABOK, Agile, Waterfall or SAFe.
• Experience in process modelling using BPMN or UML.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused mindset with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

We're looking for individuals who combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine interest in national security.

Ideally, you'll have experience or knowledge in some of the following areas:

• Experience as a Business Analyst within secure or complex environments, such as Defence, Intelligence or Law Enforcement.
• A strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including BABOK, Agile, Waterfall or SAFe.
• Experience in business process modelling, using techniques such as BPMN or UML, alongside requirements management tools.
• The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset, with a commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
