Job description

As our Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be an expert in business process optimisation and requirements elicitation for major business transformation involving ERP solutions. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse, design, and implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications. In this role, you will evaluate existing ERP systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with organisational goals.
  • You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure successful ERP implementation, customisation, and integration with other business applications.
  • Support for user acceptance testing as required.
  • Additionally, you will provide training and support to users, develop documentation, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.
  • As an ERP Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation by optimising business processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting transformation initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of business analysis experience in ERP programmes.
  • Experience with data migration.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct IQ, Sage or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Experience in retail/distribution is desirable.
  • Experience with Intacct IQ is desirable.
