Are you a Workday-savvy Business Analyst looking to take on a high-impact role in a major systems transformation?
We’re supporting a leading UK-based organisation in the manufacturing and sustainability sector as they enter a critical phase of their Workday programme rolling out Payroll and Absence Management across a workforce of 3,000+.
With legacy systems due to be decommissioned in early 2024, this is a time-sensitive and high-visibility role where you'll help shape core HR and payroll operations for years to come.
The Role – What You'll Be Doing
You’ll join a cross-functional programme team alongside HR, Payroll, Finance, and Systems colleagues, working in partnership with a top-tier implementation consultancy. As Business Analyst, you'll be the key bridge between the business and technical delivery teams, ensuring Workday solutions are grounded in real-world needs.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable Workday requirements
Lead fit-gap analysis, traceability, and solution validation
Support end-to-end process mapping and operating procedure development
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and test UAT and payroll scenarios
Contribute to data migration and validation activities
Help prepare training materials and support go-live and early adoption
