• Responsible for identifying, assessing and documenting automation opportunities
• Reporting of key force/automation benefits and maintaining process documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to clearly document processes and benefits.
• Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
• Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.
• Ability to lead in discovery workshops and deliver in cross-functional team settings.
• Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA.
