An established industry player is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team at the Defence Academy. This role involves supporting transformational change across various business, digital, and technology areas. Salary up to £37,000 per annum depending upon experience
Sitting within a beautiful and secure site, the Defence Academy hosts 2 lakes and is surrounded by acres of scenic woodland. The Academy trains the future commanders and staff officers of all three UK Armed Services and those from many countries around the world.
As a business analyst you will support the Defence Academy's Support Operations Team in delivering transformational change in different business / digital / data / technology areas. You will be analytical, have problem solving and decision-making skills, bring clarity to complex business problems and concepts, and shape business solutions with a focus on delivery. You will also create documentation and reports, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business, and present complicated information, findings and recommendations in accessible formats.
