About the role

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions across the organisation. This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the DTS department, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the organisation's overall strategic objectives.

The position requires a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical understanding to drive successful outcomes in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting the delivery and implementation of the digital strategy by applying a structured approach that identifies and analyses opportunities for complex business problems.

You’ll have a strong focus on analyse business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements. You will conduct option analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits with any constraints and contribute to business case development and identify and help support in the improvements.

About you

You’ll have a proven background in requirement gathering and analysis, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. You’ll work closely with colleagues to understand the overarching business strategies and goals and ensure that any IT solution and projects align with the long-term vision of the organisation.

You’ll have the ability to analyse and interpret data to provide valuable insights for decision-making, collaborate with data specialists and analysts to ensure data-driven decisions align to with business objectives. You’ll have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including colleagues, partners and 3rd parties.

You’ll have the ability to create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the objectives.
