You will gather requirements, translate them into clear user stories and specs, and collaborate with API teams to support automated DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with software delivery in banking, finance fintech.
• Proven ability to translate ideas into requirements and specifications that are easy to understand.
• Experience working with APIs and API web application development teams.
• Independent worker with a can-do attitude and strong ownership to get the job done.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with team and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting functional specifications, agile stories, and acceptance criteria; process flow diagrams.
• Broad knowledge of IT controls and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes, troubleshoot incidents and develop effective solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks and documentation.
• Map, document and analyze processes to identify automation opportunities in a DevOps context.
