Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the analysis and design of a significant case management system consolidation project to shape future business-critical systems.
  • Work across business areas to support delivery of the project and enable efficient operation across the organisation.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to elicit, document, and communicate requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a variety business areas.
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
Desirable
  • Experience as a Business Analyst within legal, professional services, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with case management systems or similar workflow platforms.
  • Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with AI tools, CRM systems, or records management platforms.
  • Understanding of legal operations or law firm structures.
  • Business Analysis certification.
