Through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, the business is scaling at pace and are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the team. It’s an exciting stage of expansion, and a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst with a strong interest in systems, data, and process improvement who is eager to contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects.

Role Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how technology supports the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the group to gather requirements, map processes, and support the design and delivery of digital solutions. From building reports and dashboards to supporting the development of apps and AI tools, the Business Analyst will ensure that data and systems enable the business to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements from stakeholders into actionable plans.
• Support the design and delivery of applications, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Work on process automation and digitisation projects to improve efficiency.
