Position: IT Business Analyst (Maternity Cover)

Location: NI (Dungannon, Omagh & Campsie & Ballymoney), Hybrid

Reporting to: IT Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Temporary IT Business Analyst to support the Terex Materials Processing (MP) IT Digital Solutions team during a defined period. This role will focus on enhancing our CRM platform, validating data quality, and supporting business reporting needs. The successful candidate will also contribute to improvements across other business applications, including CPQ, and help ensure continuity in ongoing digital initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering value through process improvement and data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to CRM enhancements, data validation, and reporting.

Support the delivery of enhancements to CRM and other business applications such as CPQ.

Translate business requirements into user stories and support the development lifecycle.

Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation and issue resolution.

Support the creation of dashboards and reports to meet evolving business needs.

Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions, including troubleshooting and user training.

Document processes and create user guides to support knowledge transfer.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT or digital solutions, ideally in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) in enhancement and support contexts.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and their integration with CRM platforms is desirable.
  • Understanding of data validation, reporting, and business intelligence tools. (SQL experience desirable)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a temporary assignment
