Job description

Business Analyst required for a short term contract with a view to extend, working with a leading retailer based in Nottingham. This is an inside IR35 role paying a competitive day rate. 5 Days per week in the office.

This will be working on a major call centre transformation. We are seeking an experienced business analyst with a strong background in retail or customer-facing environments.

Skill required:

• Proven BA experience in retail or customer-facing environments
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage challenging situations
• Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels
• Strong organisational skills and comfort working across multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with call center or contact center operations is also desirable
