Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Northampton (Hybrid 2 days on-site)

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent

The Opportunity

Join a top-tier financial organisation driving change across digital payments, regulatory compliance, and strategic transformation. We are hiring multiple Business Analysts to support high-impact programmes, including operating model design, regulatory compliance (e.g. PECR, Financial Crime), and Salesforce implementation.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and document business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  2. Map processes and assess change impacts: Analyse existing workflows, design improved processes, and evaluate business impact.

  3. Support end-to-end delivery: Contribute throughout the project lifecycle in Agile or hybrid environments, ensuring timely, quality outcomes.

  4. Bridge strategy and execution: Translate strategic goals into operational plans that drive real value.

  5. Engage cross-functional stakeholders: Build strong relationships across business and tech teams, facilitating alignment and effective communication.

Desired Experience
  1. Regulatory change programmes: Experience with compliance-led initiatives such as PECR or Financial Crime.

  2. Digital transformation: Involvement in platforms like Salesforce or other large-scale system changes.

  3. Operating model design: Familiarity with building or evolving Target Operating Models.

  4. Stakeholder management: Confident working with diverse teams, including senior leadership.
