Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of digital projects. From analysing key data to identifying improvement opportunities, youll be instrumental in ensuring projects are aligned to business goals, stakeholder needs, and benefit realisation. Youll help plan, document, and communicate requirements clearly while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of digital initiatives by defining goals and breaking them into achievable tasks
  • Analyse data and reporting to identify areas of improvement and track benefits
  • Support impact measurement and reporting in collaboration with insight teams
  • Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments
  • Develop business cases, user stories, and high-quality requirements documentation
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance
  • Work closely with internal teams including IT and other departments with delivery dependencies
  • Provide clear documentation and maintain transparency with project progress
  • Assist in content creation and communication for wider team updates
