We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts (BAs) capable of quickly understanding complex business problems, analyzing people, processes, and technical requirements, and shaping technology solutions. What does success look like?

• Extensive experience as a BA within high-performing Agile teams
• Strong relationship-building skills to drive solutions collaboratively
• Beneficial understanding of the Financial and Automotive industries
• Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities flexibly
• Experience delivering IT system requirements and Agile stories
• Knowledge of waterfall, iterative, digital, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Kanban and database-driven systems
• Support for complex change projects and feasibility studies
• Awareness of Design Thinking principles
• Experience with user-centered design and research techniques
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of legal, regulatory, governance, risk, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data
• Motivated, flexible, driven, and personally committed

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine feature backlogs
• Support detailed design and implementation with Technical Architects
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements and dependencies
• Create design documents and backlog tickets to specify functional requirements
• Assist in story creation, refinement, and estimation
• Facilitate workshops for prioritization and scheduling
• Propose process improvements and document workflows
• Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly
• Design and configure systems to meet customer needs and improve iteratively
• Ensure strict control of client data and information
