As we continue to innovate in a sector that’s primed for transformation, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Process & Systems team, driving smarter workflows, better systems, and real business transformation. As we scale, our internal processes must scale with us - and that’s where you come in.

A day in your life as our Business Analyst:

1. Get to the Root - Find the blockers, spot the inefficiencies, and fix the things that don’t work.
2. Collaborate to Elevate - Work with people across the business to understand what they need, then help them get it—simple, clear, no fluff.
3. Map It, Make It Better - Use process mapping and DILO reviews to help us streamline how we work and level up operational efficiency.
4. Set the Standard - Make sure every change meets standards—whether it’s ISO compliance or improving ease of use.
5. Report What Matters - Turn insights into actions with clear documentation (BRDs, PRDs, ARDs), reporting, and UAT support.
6. Key Deliverables - Drive business change to improve efficiency and quality by identifying and removing defects.

What you’ll bring:

1. 3+ years experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system workflow design.
2. Confidence in gathering requirements and translating them for both developers and stakeholders.
3. Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and present findings using tools like Power BI.
4. Understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
6. Experience in translating requirements into technical documentation.
7. Comfort with fast-paced, growing environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
