Job summary

Convergence Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical requirements and drive end-to-end improvements. You will work across operational teams, Product and Development to analyse processes, systems and data, identifying root causes and delivering measurable value.

The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Solihull office, a salary of 55–65k per annum, enhanced pension, private medical insurance, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience delivering cross-functional process and technology change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, process mapping and requirements management.

Convergence Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help us solve business problems, improve end-to-end processes and turn business needs into changes that deliver measurable value. Working across operational teams, Product and Development, you\'llanalyse processes, systems and data, identify root causes and translate business needs into clear, practical requirements.

What you’ll do as our Business Analyst

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering activities

• Measure whether changes deliver the expected results

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable business-change role
• Experience delivering cross-functional process and technology change
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, requirements management and analysis
• Experience working with operational and technical teams in an Agile environment
• A relevant degree, equivalent professional experience or recognised business analysis qualification
• A background in connectivity, telecommunications, managed services or the wider technology sector would be useful. BCS, IIBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or change-management qualifications would be advantageous
