Job summary

Convergence Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive end-to-end process improvements. You’ll work across operational teams, Product and Development to identify root causes and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable business-change role.
• Experience delivering cross-functional process and technology change.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, requirements management and analysis.
• Experience working with operational and technical teams in an Agile environment.
• BCS, IIBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or change-management qualifications would be advantageous

Convergence Group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help us solve business problems, improve end-to-end processes and turn business needs into changes that deliver measurable value. Working across operational teams, Product and Development, you'll analyse processes, systems and data, identify root causes and translate business needs into clear, practical requirements.

What You’ll Do As Our Business Analyst

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable business-change role
• Experience delivering cross-functional process and technology change
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process mapping, requirements management and analysis
• Experience working with operational and technical teams in an Agile environment
• A relevant degree, equivalent professional experience or recognised business analysis qualification
• A background in connectivity, telecommunications, managed services or the wider technology sector would be useful. BCS, IIBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or change-management qualifications would be advantageous
