A leading financial services firm in London is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst passionate about process improvement. The role involves identifying and optimizing business processes, working closely with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, experience with data analysis tools, and a relevant degree.
We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement, experienced with regulatory processes or policies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and optimizing business processes and related policies/procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand current workflows, identify pain points and implement solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
About the Cybersecurity GRC Team
The Governance Risk & Compliance team is an exciting and growing area of cybersecurity which works to ensure that State Street maintains a strong cybersecurity posture by aligning regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal risk management frameworks with business units.
