Job description

Our Global Travel client are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their expanding team.

It is essential you come from eCommerce within Retail, Travel or Airline Industries and have the right to work in the UK.

This role is an IT focused role. The business is moving from B2B to B2C - really exciting!

You will currently be working in a Global business and be used to soliciting requirements from key stakeholders around the world, taking into account diversity of approach and local market differences.

We are looking for :

  • Proven experience working on complex, multi-layered projects across platforms or workstreams.
  • Agility to adapt within fast-paced, dynamic environments, where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Comfortable in navigating ambiguity, with the ability to operate effectively even when direction is evolving or not fully defined.
  • Capability to scope, shape, and define workstreams in close partnership with PMs, senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — someone who can influence, actively listen, and adapt their approach to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.

This Global Business Analyst will have the ability to build key strategic relationships, and seek out opportunities to streamline processes. You will act as a co-ordinator between the business and the development team as well as any third parties.
