Business Analyst

Job description

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a three month initial contract working hybrid out of Central London two days a week.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
2. Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
3. Experience with Digital Asset Management tools (Adobe preferred) and workflow tools is highly desirable.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce and experience with Events Management tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and business stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
8. Strong outbound client communication skills, essential for a 360-facing role.
9. Experience working in an agile or hybrid project environment is a plus.
