Our public sector client is seeking a Business Analyst.
The role is not remote-working, but will include home-working. There is an expectation to work some of the time out of the office (Lewes) for team meetings.
The role focuses on building close relationships with the business to identify options for improving processes and business systems. It involves understanding business needs and working with stakeholders to address them, often through process re-engineering or better use of IT systems. The role requires skills in business analysis techniques and project management, acting as a bridge between the business community and ICT teams.
This role also supports integration and acceptance testing, develops training materials and guidance documentation, participates in implementation, and provides post-implementation support. It contributes to delivering programmes of work and ensuring high-quality ICT services to meet departmental, service, and personal performance targets, including key performance indicators.
