Business Analyst - Technology, Business Change, Integration

Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is a high profile organisation who urgently require a Business Analyst with experience in Technology and Business Change, working on requirements gathering and use case design for integrations, to join a business critical programme.
Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working as a Business Analyst within both Technology and Business Change in large, complex and heavily regulated organisations
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements for integrations
  • Good understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and the ability to attract customers into buying a product
  • Proven experience of working in an Agile environment (working in Scrum Teams etc)
  • Collaborative approach to work with a positive, can-do and influential personality
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and style with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences up to C-Level in addition to report writing and story telling
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira
  • Flexible approach towards hybrid working, with ability to travel to other sites if required



Nice to have:

  • Commercial awareness of supplier relationships
  • Familiarity with OKRs
  • Good understanding of system integration and associated tooling
  • ISEB certification or equivalent
  • Immediate availability
