Position

The Business Transformation team at Hampshire Trust Bank is dedicated to driving strategic change, enhancing efficiency, and delivering successful outcomes. We are committed to improving processes and supporting the bank in adapting to the evolving financial landscape to remain competitive, resilient, and customer-focused.

The team encompasses functions such as Business Analysis, Programme Management, Project Delivery Leads, and the Project Management Office (PMO). Our role involves conducting business analysis, managing programmes and projects, and ensuring quality through testing.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in business analysis, system implementations, change management, facilitation, or research studies. Support compliance, audit, and safety as per company processes.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Solid experience in lending, banking, or financial services, with familiarity with supporting systems.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information simply and concisely.
  • Proven ability to drive multiple parties and suppliers to deliver project documentation.
  • Ability to meet fixed deadlines and workload requirements.
  • Experience with industry-standard change approaches.
Other Information

As a Business Analyst, work with stakeholders to define requirements, ensuring functionality aligns with the company's vision and standards. Collaborate with teams to support success and deliver quality results. Identify opportunities for process improvement, act as liaison between end-users and solution providers, and support project lifecycle activities including analysis, design, testing, and maintenance. Assist with business cases, requirements development, process documentation, user acceptance testing, and dependency management. Support compliance, audit, and safety duties as required.
