Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, as well as facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
  2. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Support cross-functional teams in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  4. Contribute to the creation of business cases, process flows, and user stories.
  5. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  1. Able to work using Agile practices.
  2. Commercial experience in Business Analysis, advising on the approach to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities within a project or programme of work.
  3. Track record in leading the modelling of processes systems and data at varying levels of detail or complexity across a project or programme. You can manage the effects of proposed changes.
  4. Experience in business process improvement - leading the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation and implementation of process and business changes to improve business operations and services.
  5. Strong knowledge in business process testing - leading on the application of business analysis and evaluation skills to support the design execution and assessment of business process tests.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  1. Experience with business analysis tools.
  2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  3. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
