About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a major global transformation programme aimed at delivering a next-generation Credit Risk management system. This role is central to shaping and delivering scalable, efficient solutions across credit underwriting, exposure management, and trade finance functions.

What You'll Do

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across Credit, Commercial, Compliance, and IT.
• Analyse current credit and trading processes to identify improvement opportunities and design effective solutions.
• Create clear, actionable documentation for technical teams and align system capabilities with business needs.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure software meets functional and operational requirements.
• Support testing, training, and adoption to drive successful implementation and end-user satisfaction.
