Role overview

esynergy are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring that the project's goals align with the project needs, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency.

Technical requirements:

1. Analyse a business or business area, taking into account people, organizations, processes, information, data, and technology.
2. Define success metrics, analyze the impact of change, and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Identify and elaborate user and business needs for effective design, development, and testing of services and business changes.
4. Utilize analysis-driven insights to decide on prioritization and minimum viable product.
5. Ensure all new products and services meet business and user needs, and are aligned with organizational objectives.
